Snow Plow Wings

About Snow Plow Wings

Wind is the real weather in Bennet — a storm can drop two inches and still bury a driveway under a foot of drift by the time it's done blowing sideways across the open ground south of Lincoln. Snow Plow Wings runs equipment built for exactly that problem, angled blades that push drift as much as snowfall off of driveways and farm approaches around the village. A calm morning here is rare enough that the crew plans around wind direction as much as the forecast, working the leeward side of each drive first where the snow piles deepest. The village itself sits low against the surrounding fields, so even a short walk to the mailbox can mean wading through a drift that never touched the yard beside it. Clearing Bennet in winter is as much about reading the wind as reading the sky, and the plow work here reflects that every storm.
