Tiger Stripe Lawn Care

About Tiger Stripe Lawn Care

On the river terrace flats south of Bellevue there are lawns wide enough and level enough that they practically ask to be striped. Tiger Stripe Lawn Care obliges: the mower goes across, the roller lays the blades down, and by the last pass the yard reads as bands of light and dark that shift as you walk past it. Between the stripes comes the detail work — trimming the fence lines, cutting the edge at the drive, and blowing the walks down so the pattern is the only thing you notice. Afternoon wind comes hard across the open ground here, off fields and the wide sky out past the flight line, and it will scatter a sloppy job in minutes; it does not scatter a finished one. Bellevue has room for big lawns, and a big lawn is worth doing beautifully.
