C2 Lawn & Snow

About C2 Lawn & Snow

Long before the fog lifts off the Missouri River bottoms, C2 Lawn & Snow is already working the bluff streets above Bellevue, steel blade ringing against curb stone in the dark. Down here the river holds its own weather — mist pooling in the low ground while the hilltop yards stay clear and hard with frost. The crew works the switchback streets that climb from the water toward Fontenelle Hills, clearing driveways one grade at a time before the town wakes. By the time headlights start stacking up toward Offutt's gate, the walks are bare and the curb cuts are open to the street. There's a particular satisfaction in a driveway scraped to gray concrete against a white yard, and Bellevue's river fog makes sure that contrast shows up early and often.
