About Green Way Lawn Services

West of town, the restored tallgrass at Homestead National Historical Park leans all one direction in the wind, big bluestem standing head-high by August. A kept lawn is the opposite argument made on the same prairie ground: low, even, uniform, and holding that line against everything the plains send at it. Green Way Lawn Services makes that argument weekly around Beatrice with mowing, edged borders, fertilization on a schedule the grass can actually use, and weed control before the broadleaf gets its foothold. Come early fall, aeration and overseeding open the soil and thicken the stand ahead of the first hard freeze. It is patient work, and the proof shows up the next June without anyone having to point it out.
