About Budget Property Services

Noon in July at Spring Lake Park, and the whole town seems to move a step slower under a sky that simply keeps going. Budget Property Services works right through the middle of it — mower running, trimmer following the fence posts, the smell of cut grass hanging in air too dry to hold it for long. The list is simple enough: mowing, trimming, edging, and hauling off the clippings so a lawn looks finished rather than merely shortened. Williston lawns are hard-won in a place that counts its rainfall in single-digit inches, and keeping one thick and orderly is a small act of stubbornness worth doing right. Come evening, when the heat finally lets go, the mow lines are still lying there, straight as a section road.
