About Vigens Lawn Services Inc

South toward Horace the grid opens up and the diversion channel draws one long green trench across otherwise level country, the only relief for miles. Vigens Lawn Services Inc starts out that way at first light, when dew still weighs the grass down and an engine is the only sound for half a mile. String trimming, edging along curbs and walks, the mowing itself -- a steady routine that stacks up street by street through the morning. Yards on the newer south side are big and wide open, which means long lines and nowhere to tuck away a careless pass. By noon the dew has burned off, the day belongs to somebody else, and the blocks behind are done.
