Next Level Lawn and Snow

About Next Level Lawn and Snow

October in West Fargo has a color of its own -- low sun straight down Sheyenne Street, ash leaves gone the same yellow as the beet trucks lined up for the piler. Next Level Lawn and Snow spends those shortening afternoons on the last cuts of the year and the leaf cleanups that follow, staying ahead of a valley that can freeze hard overnight. A lawn put to bed properly comes back easier: grass taken down, corners trimmed, drifted leaves lifted off the turf instead of left to mat into it. There is genuine satisfaction in the final cut of the season, the engine shut off, a yard sitting tight and bare and ready for whatever comes. Then the light goes, early, the way it does this far north.
