About Jack Frost LLC

The oldest blocks of West Fargo still stand under cottonwoods planted when these streets were first platted, bare-branched by November and holding just enough of a windbreak to make the ground underneath a little calmer than the open blocks nearby. Jack Frost LLC works those quieter, tree-lined streets alongside the newer, wide-open ones, and the difference in conditions between the two can be sharper than a few blocks would suggest — a driveway under the cottonwoods might need one pass where an exposed corner lot needs three. A hard cold snap here turns ordinary slush into sheet ice overnight, and the crew times its runs to get ahead of that freeze whenever the forecast allows it. Ice built up along a shaded, north-facing driveway can outlast the sunnier lot next door by days, so this crew treats those spots as their own small, recurring job rather than a one-time clear. West Fargo's winter rarely behaves the same way twice from one storm to the next, and neither does the work of staying ahead of it.
