About Choice Property Management

Watford City grew a decade's worth of houses in about three years when the Bakken boom hit, and whole blocks of rental housing still carry that fast, dense layout — narrow lots, shared parking, sidewalks that all need clearing before anyone can back a truck out of a drive. Choice Property Management keeps those walkways down to concrete before tenants leave for early shifts, working the parking pads and porch steps block by block rather than lot by lot. A prairie wind here doesn't just drop snow, it relocates it, so a walkway clear at midnight can be drifted shut again by six. The crew loops back through the same rental rows more than once on a hard night, checking the spots the wind favors — the lee side of a garage, the gap between two buildings that funnels a gust. By morning, the rows read like any quiet residential street, snow banked at the edges instead of blocking a door.
