About Ground to Sky Tree Service

Valley City sits down in the Sheyenne's cut, where the river bends under a dozen bridges and the elms lean out over the streets to meet one another. Ground to Sky Tree Service keeps that arch in order, pruning deadwood, trimming low limbs clear of the trucks, removing a hollow silver maple before the valley wind picks the day. Spring runoff and summer thunderstorms both come down this valley hard, and the morning after means cleanup: a top cut off a garage, brush dragged up the bank, a boulevard raked smooth. The valley makes for climbing on a slope more often than not, so the work goes a piece at a time, lowered rather than dropped. By evening the light comes level down the river, the bridges throw long shadows, and the street looks the way it is supposed to.
