About Batteiger Lawn Service. Snow Removal & Weed Control

Palermo sits low beside Highway 2, a handful of streets and an elevator standing against a horizon that never quite ends. Batteiger Lawn Service works that open ground: mowing and trimming through the short, bright Mountrail County summer, and keeping the weeds from claiming the edges where lawn meets gravel. Come winter the wind rearranges the prairie overnight, and the drives get pushed back open — dark ground, square corners, room to get out and go. There is real satisfaction in a tended yard under a sky this big, one green rectangle saying somebody looked after this. Steady work, close to home, in a town where everyone notices the difference.
