About Twin Oaks Property Maintenance LLC

South of Minot the valley narrows toward Velva and the yard trees stand in pairs and clusters, the only vertical things for miles. Twin Oaks Property Maintenance LLC works that stretch at the end of the day, when the September light comes in sideways and every mowed line throws its own shadow. The service is straightforward — mowing, trimming, edging and clearing the yard of what falls into it — carried out on a schedule so a property never gets away from its owner. Grass in the Souris valley grows fast and quits early, which makes each week of the season count double. Pulling out of a drive with the lawn even, the edges cut and the walks clear is a good way to end an evening.
