About Elite Property Services

Around Minot State the blocks fill with apartment courtyards, rented duplexes and small commercial lots, every one of them green and every one of them somebody's responsibility. Elite Property Services works that kind of ground on a weekday schedule, when the parking lots empty out and there is room to move. Property lawns forgive nothing: an uneven cut shows worst on a wide flat rectangle with a building standing behind it. So it gets mowed on a set rotation, trimmed along foundations and bike racks, and cleared off the concrete before the crew pulls away. Tenants may never once think about the lawn, which is exactly the point.
