Steve's Yardwork and Lawn Service

About Steve's Yardwork and Lawn Service

A March chinook comes over Mandan and takes the snow off the south-facing yards in a day, and suddenly there's matted grass, drifted leaves and a whole spring's worth of work waiting along Collins Avenue. Steve's Yardwork and Lawn Service starts there — raking out the winter mess, then settling into mowing week by week, trimming the alley edges and fence lines, edging where the walks have gone ragged. Fertilizer and weed control go down through the season, with aeration and overseeding once the nights cool off. Yard cleanup runs right up until the ground goes hard again. Ordinary work, done in order, and a yard that never looks like it got away from anybody.
