About The Nose Knows Lawn Care

In Mandan the wind arrives early, sliding up out of the Heart River bottoms through the cottonwoods, and by mid-morning it is carrying the smell of fresh-cut grass a block ahead of the mower. The Nose Knows Lawn Care works those hours on purpose, cutting while the dew still holds the blades upright and the light along the river valley is low and gold. Trimming follows the fence lines and the foundation corners, and then comes the edging — that clean seam where turf stops and concrete starts, drawn straight enough to catch the eye of anyone walking a dog down the block. Sidewalks and driveway aprons get blown clean before the truck pulls away, because a prairie town notices clippings left on the pavement. Lawns out here take a hard summer of heat and open wind, and there is a real satisfaction in leaving one green, level and squared off against the long Dakota evening.
