About JD Fencing & Field Services

From Killdeer, the land to the north starts folding down toward the breaks of the Little Missouri, and the March storms that cross that badlands country can bury a yard between lunch and supper. JD Fencing & Field Services takes on snow removal when those late-season storms roll in, the heavy, wet kind that fall just as the days are finally stretching longer. The work comes down to lines: a straight pass, banks stacked neatly out of the way, a turnaround wide enough to swing a pickup. When the clouds tear open and late-afternoon light slants gold across the drifts, what is left behind is ground you can use again. It is a fitting job for an outfit whose name is built on straight lines.
