Triple C Tree Services

About Triple C Tree Services

The farmsteads around Jamestown are ringed with shelterbelts, long rows of trees planted generations back to break the wind before it reaches the house and yard, and Triple C Tree Services plows the lanes those windbreaks were built to protect. A good shelterbelt does exactly what it was meant to on a bad day — it catches the drift before it reaches the yard — but that means the snow piles thick right along the treeline, right where the driveway runs closest. The crew works those approaches carefully, keeping the blade shy of the trunks while still clearing a full lane through. In town, the same trucks handle plainer residential driveways and short commercial runs, no shelterbelt to read, just a straight run curb to curb. Out past the treeline afterward, the lane sits open and dark against the snow, the trees standing quiet just off the shoulder, doing the job they were planted for.
