About Innovative Lawn and Property Maintenance, LLP

By late April the frost is finally out of the ground in Jamestown, the brick fronts downtown lose their gray rim of snowbank, and every lawn in Stutsman County is lying flat and matted and waiting. Innovative Lawn and Property Maintenance, LLP starts its year there — raking out the winter's grit and sand, clearing the beds, taking the first cut of the season a little high so the turf can wake up on its own terms. From there it settles into regular mowing, trimming and edging, plus the wider grounds work a property needs to look kept rather than merely mowed. The James River valley gives Jamestown a long, generous growing season for this latitude, and the work follows it right through to the last leaf. There is a particular pleasure in that first spring pass: the yard goes from beaten-down to upright in an afternoon.
