About Golden Meadows Landscaping LLC

The ground under Horace is old lake bottom — black soil, level as a tabletop, the floor of a glacial sea that drained away and left grass a place to grow hard and fast once June turns warm. New streets keep stepping out toward the Sheyenne's slow bend on the east side of town, and the June light hangs on until nearly ten o'clock. Golden Meadows Landscaping LLC mows those blocks on lines you can sight down like a section road, then walks back to cut the edges true along fresh concrete. Trimming close to fences and foundations and hauling off the clippings finishes the job, so a yard looks finished rather than merely shortened. On a still evening in the Red River Valley, with the mowers loaded and the sun going down flat and orange over Cass County, a street of even lawns is a good thing to leave behind.
