About Kevin's Landscaping LLC

Harvey sits along the James River in the middle of Wells County wheat country, a rail town built up around its grain elevators, the kind of place where the streets still run parallel to the tracks that laid them out. Kevin's Landscaping works those same streets through the coldest months, clearing driveways before the morning school run while the fields on every side of town sit buried and still. There's a personal, neighborly feel to a crew that knows most of the town by name, working the same houses along the same blocks storm after storm without needing directions twice. The James River bottomland holds a damp cold that settles into a driveway and doesn't let go easily, so clearing here means getting down to bare concrete, not just pushing the top layer aside. Come planting season, winter's driveways are a distant, faintly funny memory — the kind of work that matters most exactly when nobody's thinking about snow at all.
