About Precision Land Services LLC

Granville is a grain town before it's anything else — a handful of streets built around the Soo Line tracks and a set of elevators that mark the edge of town from a mile off in any direction. Precision Land Services LLC works through winter with the same exactness the surrounding farms bring to spring planting, when GPS-guided drills lay seed rows straighter than a chalk line across the same fields now buried in snow. A driveway or a farmyard access road out here isn't a small thing to leave undone — it's often the only way in or out until the next storm resets it, so the clearing gets done in careful, complete passes rather than a quick swipe down the middle. McHenry County winters run long, and the wind off the open plains doesn't leave much room for a half-finished job. When the pass is done, the line it leaves behind is about as straight as anything else measured out here.
