About Bainco Services LLC

There is a version of St. Paul that only snow crews ever see: Rice Park at four in the morning under Carnival-cold air, the skyway windows glowing amber, every surface of downtown gone white and silent. Bainco Services LLC works that shift. Snow is the whole trade here — plowing lots, clearing entrances, cutting clean lines through whatever a January system leaves behind, from a two-inch dusting to the kind of storm people name. The measure of the job is simple and unforgiving: by the time the city wakes, the pavement should be black again. On the coldest mornings, when exhaust hangs in the air like breath, that black rectangle of cleared asphalt is its own kind of finished work.
