SOS Yard & Tree Care

About SOS Yard & Tree Care

Grafton's older blocks are shaded by elms and ash planted decades before anyone worried about naming the neighborhood, and SOS Yard & Tree Care works those same tree-lined streets once the leaves are long gone and the branches sit bare against a gray sky. Snow here piles differently under a canopy than out in the open fields — drifting into odd corners, sliding off limbs onto walks cleared just an hour before — and the crew learns each block's particular habits over a season. A driveway framed by two old cottonwoods sometimes gets swept twice in a morning, once for the storm and once for what the trees shake loose after. There's a quiet loyalty in that kind of repeat work, showing up for the same houses storm after storm. By the time the thaw finally reaches those same yards, the trees look ready for it too.
