Goetz Lawn Care & Snow Removal

About Goetz Lawn Care & Snow Removal

Along Hay Creek on Bismarck's south side, the same yards Goetz Lawn Care & Snow Removal mowed all summer go dormant fast once the first hard frost sets in, and the crew's trucks swap mower decks for plow blades almost overnight. It's a short valley, tucked below the surrounding streets, and cold air pools there before it does anywhere else in the neighborhood — the first frost of the year and the first real snow both tend to show up along the creek before they reach the rest of town. Homeowners who watched their lawns get careful attention in July get the same attention on their driveways in January, from a crew that already knows every property line and gate. The work shifts from edging grass to edging concrete, but the same care shows up in January as it did in June. By the time the creek itself locks up under ice, the winter routes are running smooth.
