About Behrens Tuff Outdoors

The wind is a fourth season out here. It comes off the northwest across the open ground east of town toward Menoken, and it teaches Bismarck grass to grow low and hold on. Behrens Tuff Outdoors works with that rather than against it — mowing at a height that shades its own roots, trimming tight where sod meets gravel, edging so the line stays sharp even when the ditch grass is leaning sideways. Yards on the edge of the city are half open country already and take a firmer hand than a sheltered lot in town. Either way the aim is the same: a yard that looks deliberate in a landscape that mostly isn't.
