About Lake View Services LLC

Lake Sakakawea sits close enough to Beulah that a handful of properties actually earn the name Lake View, set up on the bluffs with a wide sightline down to the water and the bay ice that forms out past the shoreline each winter. Wind off that open water behaves differently than wind over farmland, carrying a damp edge and building drift patterns along the bluff edge that don't match what falls a mile inland. Lake View Services plows those bluff-top driveways and the roads leading down toward the marina and boat ramps, clearing ground that stays useful to ice fishermen and lake-watchers alike through the cold months. The lake itself goes still and white by January, a long pale plain where the Missouri River widens out behind the dam, visible from more driveways in town than people who've never been up on the bluff might guess. The work follows that view, one cleared driveway at a time.
