About JR's Lawn Care & Landscaping

February in Franklin County is a working month even when nothing is growing: the light comes back before the leaves do, and the country north toward the Tar River lies open enough to see exactly what needs doing. JR's Lawn Care & Landscaping uses it well around Youngsville — shrubs and hedges shaped while they are dormant, beds cleared and re-mulched, winter limbs and litter hauled off, the first feeding put down before the fescue stirs. Then the calendar fills with mowing, edging and trimming, and the cleanups that bracket the growing year. Doing the cold-weather work means the first mow in March is a haircut and not a rescue. The service runs from Youngsville up toward Louisburg and across to Franklinton and Bunn.
