Clear Cut Lawn Care and Property Maintenance

About Clear Cut Lawn Care and Property Maintenance

In Yanceyville the day organizes itself around the square, the old Caswell County courthouse holding the middle of town while the roads run out toward Blanch, Semora and the Virginia line. Clear Cut Lawn Care and Property Maintenance works those roads in high summer, when the clay bakes hard and the grass comes back almost as fast as it falls. A mow here means the edge along the walk cut true, the clippings blown off the drive, the beds trimmed to a line you can read from the street. Between mowings there is the rest of it: hedges shaped, leaves carried off, the steady property upkeep that keeps a yard from getting ahead of its owner. By evening, with the light going gold over the tobacco fields, the lawns along the route stand even and squared off, and the town looks looked-after.
