Tj's Lawn Care

About Tj's Lawn Care

October flips this corner of Duplin County from green to gold, the fields cut down to stubble, the mornings sharp enough to put frost on a windshield that's gone by nine. Tj's Lawn Care works that turn of the year, taking lawns down for the season and running the line along the gravel drive so it stays honest all winter. Leaves come off the beds and out of the fence corners where the wind stacks them. On a still afternoon you can hear a mower from a mile off around Wolfscrape, which is its own kind of quiet. Come March the same yards get woken back up and the whole round starts again.
