Trim and Chopper

About Trim and Chopper

There is a right sound to a hedge cut well — a steady clatter, then silence, then the shake of clippings coming off the tarp. Trim and Chopper works in that register: hedge and shrub trimming shaped by eye, string trimming tight along the brick walls and stone edges Winston has kept since Old Salem's earliest streets, mowing, edging, and every last piece of debris hauled away. September suits the work, when growth slows enough that a line will hold into winter. Boxwoods get tightened, low limbs lifted off the roofline, fence rows cut back to daylight. What's left is a yard with clear geometry and nothing crowding the house.
