About TurfMunchers Lawn Care Services

Dawn is the only civil hour left in a Winston-Salem July, and that is when the mowers go out — dew still heavy, the water at Salem Lake steaming, the cicadas not yet awake. TurfMunchers Lawn Care Services works the cool end of the day: mowing, string trimming, edging along walks and drives, blowing the concrete clean before the heat comes down. By ten the Piedmont sun is flat on the back of your neck. By then the route is half behind you. Cutting a summer lawn short enough to look sharp and long enough to come through the week is a judgment made fresh every visit, and getting it right is the whole job. The rounds run through Winston-Salem and east toward Walkertown and Kernersville.
