About Turf Medic

By mid-June the humidity sits on Wilmington lawns all night long, and that is when the brown circles begin surfacing in the centipede. Turf Medic treats a yard the way you would treat a patient — look at the soil, read the pattern of the damage, work out whether it is fungus, insects, drought stress or simply a mower set too low, and then treat what is actually wrong. Feeding on a real schedule, weed control timed to the weed rather than to the month, aeration where the ground has gone hard, seed where the stand needs help. The mowing carries on through all of it, cut at a height that helps the grass instead of stressing it. Watching a thin, spotted lawn knit itself back together over a season never gets old.
