About Resh Bros. Landscaping

Winter light on the Masonboro side comes in low and gold and is gone by five, and once in a great while it lands on a landscape gone white beneath the crape myrtles. Resh Bros. Landscaping works that short window — plowing driveways and pull-throughs, opening front walks and side doors, spreading salt where the cold creeps back before the ice has finished leaving. Sound-side ground holds damp, and damp is what turns a passable morning into a hard evening. So the route runs twice: once to open it, once to keep it open. There is real pleasure in a drive swept down to the concrete while the last of the daylight holds.
