About Local Roots Landscapes

There is a week in March when Burnt Mill Creek runs high and all of midtown wakes at once — daffodils in the ditch line, the first mowers of the year, everyone suddenly noticing their yard again. Local Roots Landscapes starts its calendar there and holds it: weekly mowing, edging along the sidewalk, string trimming the corners a deck can't reach, hard surfaces blown clean at the end of every visit. Beds have their winter debris pulled out, fresh mulch laid, and shrubs cut back before the growth gets away from the house. As the season builds toward July the rotation tightens, because grass in this town does not wait for anybody. Come fall the leaves come off those same yards, and the cycle closes where it started.
