About Jlm Turf LLC

Pull cores from a Middle Creek lawn in early autumn and you get a scattering of orange plugs across the surface — proof of the tight clay every homeowner in this township is quietly fighting. Jlm Turf LLC works with it rather than against it: aerating when the soil has softened after a rain, seeding fescue into the open holes, then keeping the mowing height right while the new stand fills in. Weekly cutting, trimming and edging run through the growing season, and the leaf work in November clears the way for winter light to reach the young grass. There is real satisfaction in a lawn that comes back thicker each fall instead of thinner. Turf here is a long game, and it rewards being played on schedule.
