About Baxter's Landscaping and Tree Service

The Tuckasegee runs green and fast past Whittier, and the mountains stand close enough on both sides to shorten the day at either end. Baxter's Landscaping and Tree Service works that narrow river country, mowing the flat bottomland yards and the benches cut into the slopes above them. Growth here is heavy and fast once the warm rains start, so mowing, edging and trimming stay on a tight turn from spring into fall. Around the house the details finish it: clean lines at the walk, trimmed edges along the stonework, clippings cleared off the drive. Whittier, Cherokee and Bryson City — good ground, worked with care.
