About Parker Land Management

Whitakers grew up along the rail line, one town split neatly between two counties, with Fishing Creek running off toward the Tar and farm ground opening out on either side. Parker Land Management works that landscape — the wide residential lots, the roadside frontage, the grass that a coastal-plain summer pushes up faster than anybody expects. Mowing and edging happen on a set turn, with the trimmer following every post, meter and mailbox. When the leaves come down the work turns to clearing them off before winter rain mats them into the turf. A property that stays kept never has to be rescued, and that is the point of showing up on schedule.
