Deeply Rooted Landscapes

About Deeply Rooted Landscapes

Late summer in Ashe County, the Fraser firs stand in rows down the hillsides and the pasture between them goes a deep, tired green. Deeply Rooted Landscapes keeps the yards in that country cut and kept — mowing to a rhythm, trimming the edges out, clearing what falls before it mats down into the grass. Up at this elevation the nights cool early and turf keeps growing later than most people expect, so the season runs long on both ends. Every visit finishes the same way: walks blown off, lines reset, nothing left behind but a lawn sitting flat and even. Around West Jefferson, that steadiness is what a yard wants most.
