About Hicks Landscape Contractors

Wendell sits on the eastern edge of Wake County, a compact town with a walkable downtown and farm fields still opening out beyond its newest streets. In September, when the Carolina heat finally loosens its grip, the light over those acres turns mellow and the grass takes one more good run of growth before fall. Hicks Landscape Contractors builds and maintains landscapes here, installing beds and plantings, shaping grounds, and keeping lawns mown and edged. The contractor's satisfaction is watching a raw lot become a finished yard, turf meeting planting beds along a line you could check with a level. Where new neighborhoods meet old farmland, that finish helps a place feel settled and at home.
