Ramsey's Enterprise Lawn Care

About Ramsey's Enterprise Lawn Care

Weldon sits where the Roanoke River tumbles out of the fall line, and every spring the rockfish come up against that current like they always have. The town has always kept time by the river and the rail line, and Ramsey's Enterprise Lawn Care keeps time by the grass — mowing on a set turn from the first warm stretch until the last leaf drops. Bermuda and centipede love the long Halifax County summers and will run right over a walkway if nobody holds the line, so edging here is not decoration, it is maintenance. Yards along the canal trail and out toward Roanoke Rapids get the same treatment: cut, edged, trimmed, blown clean. It is a good feeling to leave a street looking a little sharper than you found it.
