About WNC Lawn & Home Care

Morning in Waynesville arrives in layers: fog off Richland Creek first, then light coming down the Plott Balsams, then the sound of a mower warming up somewhere below Main Street. WNC Lawn & Home Care works those early hours, mowing, trimming and edging yards from the flat ground around Frog Level up the streets that climb toward the courthouse. Grass grows hard in this mountain air, and there is a plain satisfaction in a lawn cut even before the day turns warm, with an edge along the walk crisp enough to read like a drawn line. Come October the maples let go all at once, and hauling those leaves off is simply part of keeping a yard right. The work is unhurried and it is steady, and a street where every lawn is tended says something about the town it belongs to.
