About Carolina Terrain

The red clay under Waxhaw remembers cotton, and on a June morning it still gives off that warm mineral smell once the mower has passed. Carolina Terrain keeps lawns cut, edged and trimmed across the old Waxhaws country south of Charlotte, where pasture and new streets share the same rolling ground. The work is simple and exacting: an even height over an uneven yard, a straight line where grass meets drive, clippings gone before the truck pulls away. Growth here comes fast after a storm, so the schedule bends to the rain instead of the calendar. A yard that looks unhurried on Saturday evening took somebody's whole Thursday, and that is exactly the point.
