Scott's Mowing

About Scott's Mowing

At midday in Warren County the sun sits straight overhead and the hayfield edges shimmer just past the mown line. Scott's Mowing works Warrenton and the roads out toward Ridgeway in that heat, because grass keeps its own schedule and somebody has to keep pace with it. Cut even, trim tight at the posts and the mailbox, clear the drive, move along. There is nothing complicated in it and everything to be said for doing it right. A finished lawn on a hot afternoon is its own kind of reward.
