Uncle B’s Lawncare

About Uncle B’s Lawncare

Saturday morning around Walnut Grove has a sound to it — a mower two yards over, a trimmer working a fence line, somebody's dog objecting to both. Uncle B's Lawncare is part of that sound most of the year, cutting the shady lots under the old oaks where grass grows thin and stubborn, and the open ones that bake all afternoon. Every visit ends the same way: edges defined, walks blown clean, clippings off the porch steps. In autumn those oaks bury it all again, and the leaves are gathered up and taken away. Lawns kept week to week, in the grove and out along the roads that leave it.
