PS Lawn Care

About PS Lawn Care

Rain comes over from the Nantahala side and parks in the valley for days at a stretch, and when it finally clears every lawn in Valleytown has grown three inches overnight. That is the week PS Lawn Care earns its keep, mowing wet-heavy grass back down to an even height and then going over the edges by hand where the deck can't reach. Bottomland here grows fast and thick, the hillsides grow thin and rocky, and one yard is often both. Working around that is most of the job; getting it level anyway is the payoff. By June the valley is a long green floor between the ridges, and the mown yards are the neatest part of it.
