Ripepi Land Management

About Ripepi Land Management

Snow around Unity is an event rather than a habit — it shows up once or twice a winter, usually overnight, and it makes the gravel lanes impassable by breakfast. Ripepi Land Management is out in it, plowing drives and lots, shoveling steps, and putting down treatment where the day's melt will glaze over again by dark. Dirt and gravel lanes freeze in ruts, so the blade has to cut a lane without tearing up the surface underneath. Nothing about the reward is complicated: somebody gets to leave for work on time. Clearing covers Unity and the surrounding communities.
