Brandon 12.11 Lawn Care

About Brandon 12.11 Lawn Care

By the second week of November every yard in Trinity is wearing a brown quilt, sweetgum and oak and a few stubborn poplar leaves riding the wind down the hill. That is when a lawn most needs somebody to show up: leaves cleared, turf opened back to the light, the last cuts of the year kept even. The rest of the season it is the simple things done attentively — mowing, trimming, edging, the corners nobody else bothers with. Trinity's yards sit close to the pines, so there is always something falling somewhere, and there is real satisfaction in handing a place back tidy. Homes around Glenola, Hasty and Archdale sit on the same route.
