About Mitchum's Mowing LLC

April in the Triangle arrives yellow — pine pollen on the windshields, on the porch rails, on every still pond from Apex to Wake Forest. Mitchum's Mowing LLC starts the season into that dust: first cuts of the year, edges reopened, beds cleaned out and mulched fresh. Near the old rail bed of the American Tobacco Trail the dogwoods come in white against the loblollies, and yards want feeding and weed control before the heat settles for good. From there it's a steady rhythm of mowing, trimming and blow-down, cut after cut, through the long green middle of the year. Autumn closes it out with leaves cleared and hauled, walks swept, everything put to bed.
