Mint Condition Land Management

About Mint Condition Land Management

Some lots in Topsail go feral fast, one wet summer and the sandy ground behind a house is chest-high in briar and volunteer pine. Mint Condition Land Management takes those on and brings them back: overgrown-lot clearing, brush cutting, trimming the edges out to the property line, and hauling away what falls. Then comes the ordinary rhythm that keeps it that way, mowing on a schedule, edging, weed control and mulched beds. There is real satisfaction in the before and after, in a yard you can walk across again. Land here gives ground slowly, and taking it back is the work.
