About Orchard Creek Property Maintenance LLC

Todd sits down in the valley where the South Fork of the New River runs north, an old railroad grade beside it and the ridges climbing away on both sides. Orchard Creek Property Maintenance LLC handles high-country upkeep here — mowing, string trimming, brush cutting, leaf work, and general property maintenance for places that can go weeks between visits. Grass comes on late at this elevation and quits early, so the season is short and every dry window matters. Mist can sit in the valley until nine, then lift and leave the whole place glittering. Cutting a mountain yard back to open, walkable ground on a morning like that is its own reward.
